As a Membership Manager at Fitness First, you'll lead a high-energy team of Member Support Consultants, driving club growth and memorable member experiences.
You'll coach, mentor, and motivate your team to hit sales and retention targets while setting the tone for an exceptional member experience from the moment someone walks through the doors.You'll lead from the front, welcoming new members, supporting existing members on their journey, and creating an environment where people feel energized, supported and excited to return.
Through strong leadership and a passion for helping people succeed, you'll build a confident, high-performing team that turns conversations into memberships and first visits into long-term fitness journeys.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targetsDrive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategiesOversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member serviceMonitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team successSupport recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support ConsultantsCollaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiativesAbout YouProven background in sales and customer service, with a track record of achieving KPIsStrong understanding of the sales cycle and customer retention strategiesExperience leading, mentoring,
