This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their Employee Relations experience and progress into a future HR Business Partner role.Key responsibilities include:Providing advice and support to managers on employee relations and people mattersAssisting with performance management conversations and workplace investigationsSupporting leaders in unionised and EBA-covered environmentsAttending meetings, documenting outcomes, and ensuring appropriate follow-up actionsContributing to HR projects, initiatives,
