Partnering with Symal, a national construction group, we're building better futures, together.The roleWith recent project wins and a healthy pipeline of work ahead, Wamarra is currently seeking skilled Civil Labourers and experienced Plant Operators for work in Wagga Wagga.Your everydayFollowing safety procedures, attending pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inductionsWorking closely with the team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standardEnsure that the schedule of tasks assigned is undertaken efficiently and in a timely mannerOperate plant equipment in a competent and efficient mannerCarrying out labouring duties with quality and accuracyWhat You'll BringDemonstrated Labouring or Plant Operating experience across civil construction, bulk earthworks or equivalentRelevant industry tickets and licenses including a white cardA current driver's licenseA safety-first attitude and willingness to workWhat You'll GetCompetitive rates plus access to overtimeA safety focused, team environment with true support from management, backed by a national civil construction companyOpportunities for real career progressionA career with usAt Wamarra, we're more than a workplace—we're a purpose-driven team where your culture, career and community matter.
