One day you'll be conducting a wedding site tour, the next coordinating an international group, welcoming corporate guests, or helping a school create an unforgettable outdoor education experience.About the RoleYou'll manage the guest journey from the first enquiry through to the final farewell, ensuring every experience runs smoothly and every guest feels genuinely welcomed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage enquiries, prepare quotes, convert bookings, and maximise rebooking ratesCoordinate camps, weddings, retreats, accommodation and special eventsConduct venue tours and client meetingsLiaise with guests,



suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event deliveryActively manage weddings and events to ensure an exceptional guest experienceCoordinate accommodation bookings and Airbnb managementManage event schedules using V360, Trello and TSheetsCollect photos and assist with social media and marketing contentBuild strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referralsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has outstanding customer service and communication skillsIs highly organised with excellent attention to detailEnjoys working with people and building genuine relationshipsCan confidently manage multiple events and prioritiesIs proactive and enjoys working independentlyThrives in a fast-paced hospitality environmentIs comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsHas experience in events, hospitality, tourism, administration or customer serviceWhy Join Our Team?
