You'll take real ownership of the Groceries section — from what's on the shelf to how it looks and how it sells — while backing your team to deliver the kind of service that makes Harris Farm Albury a destination, not just a stop.
What you'll be doing
Running the section — ordering, stock control, and rotation so the shelves are always full, fresh-dated, and ready to sell
Leading by doing — jumping in on the floor, showing the team what "valuable" looks like, and coaching them to get there themselves
Making it look good — clean, well‐merchandised, easy‐to‐shop displays that do half the selling for you
Owning the numbers — keeping an eye on wastage, margin,



and stock loss, and knowing your section's performance cold
Backing your team — rostering smart, keeping morale up, and being the person newer Store Assistants come to first
Delivering for the customer — fast, friendly, knowledgeable service, every aisle, every time
What you'll bring
