This hybrid role spans Sydney CBD to Olympic Park, with work-from-home as required.You will lead end-to-end change across multiple projects, partnering with senior leaders and project teams to embed current ways of working and ensure sustained adoption.
Responsibilities include developing tailored change strategies, conducting CIA analyses, managing risks, and delivering training with Learning & Development.
