You'll play a key role in shaping clinic culture, fostering team growth, and ensuring our clinical standards remain exceptional.In this full‐time role, you will:Lead,



coach and mentor our Vet Nurse teamBuild and maintain a positive, cohesive and motivated team cultureManage daily workflow and support a high‐functioning clinical teamUndertake general nursing tasks, including pre and post‐operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical careTake initiative to enhance clinic efficiency and operationsWork collaboratively with our veterinary team to maintain gold‐standard patient careHandle client enquiries professionally in person, over email and over the phoneWhat we're looking for:Cert IV qualified in Veterinary Nursing with 3+ years clinical experienceExperienced in coaching, mentoring and developing nursing teamsA strong, supportive leader who motivates othersCalm, friendly and confident in a busy clinical environmentExcellent in communication and customer serviceFlexible, adaptable and collaborativeOrganised, proactive and committed to high standardsFamiliar with RxWorks (desirable but not essential)No two days will be the same — but you will always have the support of a dedicated team and wonderful clients who make the job truly rewarding.If this sounds like the perfect next step in your nursing career, Apply Today!
