We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established plaintiff law firm seeking an experienced Legal Support Supervisorto to join its Workers Compensation team.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll continue to utilise your legal secretary expertise while supervising a team of experienced legal support staff.
You'll play an important part in ensuring workflows run smoothly, mentoring team members and supporting the day‐to‐day operations of a busy practice.
The practice specialises in Workers Compensation, Industrial Deafness, Motor Vehicle Accident and other personal injury matters.
Role
Supervise and support a team of Legal Secretaries
Complete end-to-end legal secretary duties
Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence
Monitor workflows and assist with the allocation of work
Provide guidance, training and day‐to‐day support to the team
Work closely with lawyers to ensure matters progress efficiently
About you
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Workers Compensation, Personal Injury or Insurance Litigation




Supervisory, mentoring or team leadership experience is highly regarded
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach and willingness to learn firm processes
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the team
Experience using Practice Evolve is advantageous but not essential
