ANZUK Education is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Schools Temporary Recruitment Team based in our Collingwood head office.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine recruitment, coaching and team development.
You'll work closely with your team to attract and engage quality educators, build talent pipelines and ensure Victorian schools have access to exceptional temporary staff when they need them most.You'll lead from the front, supporting recruiters to achieve their goals while contributing to team performance and driving recruitment outcomes.What you'll doLead, coach and support a team of Recruitors to achieve recruitment and placement targetsRemain actively involved in recruitment, sourcing and talent engagement activitiesBuild and maintain strong educator talent pools across VictoriaDevelop sourcing and attraction strategies to improve candidate quality and availabilityDrive team performance through coaching,
