Scope
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer (Permanent) to join our team at the Searles Kilcoy facility (1 hour northwest of Brisbane).
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day customer service operations, including order processing, communication, and administrative tasks.




The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders and generate invoices
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
Provide administrative support
Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional assistance
Education and/or Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service
High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Availability & Working Hours
Full time position
Applicants must be available Monday to Friday, with a spread of hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm
