Deliver engaging, outcome‐focused vocational education and training (VET) programs.
Support students to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required for successful careers in healthcare.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, schools, universities, TAFE campuses and other VET providers.
Maintain currency in nursing practice, workplace delivery and contemporary teaching methodologies.

Mandatory Qualifications / Requirements
Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor; or
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
TAE***** Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or its successor; or
TAE***** or TAE***** Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or
TAE***** or TAE***** Diploma of Training Design and Development; or
A secondary teaching qualification and one (1) of the following credentials:
TAESS***** VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor; or
TAESS***** or TAESS***** Assessor Skill Set or its successor;
A higher‐level qualification in adult or vocational education (approved by TAFE Queensland).
Applicants must also demonstrate:
Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform training and assessment practices.
Ongoing professional development in vocational education, competency‐based training and assessment.
Note: Proof of qualifications and industry currency/experience must be provided at interview.
Highly Desirable Requirements
Strong digital literacy skills across a range of technologies and learning platforms.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience delivering learning in online, blended, and face‐to‐face environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
