and help customers maximise fleet uptime.Key responsibilities include:Manage and grow key customer accounts across your regionBuild solid relationships with fleet and operations managersAct as the primary escalation point for customer issuesSupport onboarding of new fleet customersIdentify opportunities to grow existing accountsMonitor fleet performance, asset retention and customer engagementWork collaboratively with Branch Managers and Service CoordinatorsProvide strategic advice to improve fleet performance and uptimeTrack account performance, budgets and reportingSupport the National Sales Manager with new business opportunitiesAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys working with customers, building trust, and finding practical solutions.Ideally you'll have:5+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Relationship ManagementStrong relationship-building and communication skillsExperience managing multiple customer accountsCommercially minded with strong problem‐solving abilityExperience working with CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceExperience within the transport, heavy vehicle, fleet maintenance or industrial services industry will be highly regardedWhy TRUCK TECH?
