Working closely with technicians, customers, and the Service Manager,



you'll help ensure workshop administration is completed accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to internal and external customer enquiriesCreating and managing service work orders from commencement through to invoicingMaintaining accurate service records and department documentationUpdating customer and equipment information within company systemsAssisting with technician efficiency reportingProcessing warranty and product improvement program claimsSupporting the Service Department with administrative and operational tasksContributing to a positive customer experience and efficient workshop operationsWhat You'll BringPrevious administration or customer service experienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsAbility to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative, team-focused approachA general understanding of mechanical or technical terminology is advantageous but not essentialYear 12 completion or relevant experience is desirable
