!About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated Pool Installer and Landscape Tradesperson to join our team.If you have experience in landscaping, irrigation, or a related trade and are looking to diversify your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
This full-time role offers the prospect to work across pool installations, landscaping, machinery operation, and outdoor construction, with ongoing training and career development.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with full pool installation process including excavation, shell placement, concreting, and landscapingOperate machinery and drive Heavy Rigid VehiclesHelp prepare job sites and ensure clean up after completionLoad/unload tools, materials, and equipmentFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team cultureWork collaboratively with the crew and supervisors on multiple job sitesWhat We're Looking ForKeen to learn, with a strong work ethicEnjoys physical, outdoor work in varying conditionsExperience with machinery is a bonus (not essential)Manual driver's licence and HR Licence preferredReliable, punctual, and able to follow directionInterest in construction, landscaping, or pool installationWhat We OfferFull training in all aspects of pool installation and machinery useCareer progression opportunitiesSupportive and skilled team with strong reputation in the industryConsistent hours and job securityWork on award winning, high quality residential projectsCompetitive pay based on experience
