We brew, market and deliver some of Australia and New Zealand's most loved brands, while building a culture where people can grow, belong and make a real impact.The RoleWork across one of Australia's largest SAP environments, at the forefront of modern SAP technology.Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications & Architecture, you'll lead the operational performance and stability of Lion's enterprise applications landscape, acting as the senior escalation point for major application incidents while driving operational excellence across one of Australia's largest SAP environments.Lead major application incidents across a portfolio of 300 enterprise applications, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication with business stakeholdersDrive operational excellence by reducing repeat incidents, strengthening governance and holding managed service providers and technology vendors accountable for service outcomesPartner with Product, Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Security and external partners to deliver a stable, scalable applications operating modelProvide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise applications, coordinating specialist SMEs to resolve complex issues across the technology landscapeSupport the transition towards a modern DevOps operating model while maintaining reliable business services throughout organisational changeContribute to an on-call roster, providing leadership during critical application incidents when requiredThis is a unique opportunity to help reshape how Lion manages enterprise applications while working across one of the largest SAP landscapes in the market, using modern technology to make a real impact.
