With strong systems, established processes and ongoing support, you'll have the resources needed to deliver an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.Based primarily from the Marcoola area, you'll also enjoy exposure to the broader Sunshine Coast market while working alongside some of the region's most experienced property professionals.The RoleAs a Property Manager, you'll play an integral role in maintaining and growing robust client relationships while delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:Managing landlord and tenant relationshipsCoordinating repairs and preventative maintenanceResolving tenancy issues and customer enquiriesEnsuring compliance with current Queensland legislationWorking closely with administration and support teamsMonitoring portfolio performance and service deliveryProviding regular updates and reporting to managementParticipating in ongoing training and professional developmentAbout YouWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys property management and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.You'll have:Previous Property Management experienceCurrent QLD Real Estate Registration CertificateStrong working knowledge of QLD tenancy legislationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExceptional organisation and attention to detailA proactive and solutions-focused approachStrong computer and administrative skillsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleA positive attitude and team-first mindsetWhat's In It For You?
