Bakers Delight Wyong is seeking a qualified and motivated Baker to join our bakery team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of bread and bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and food safety.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and baking bread, rolls and specialty bakery products in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes and standardsMeasuring, mixing, kneading, shaping and proofing dough productsMonitoring fermentation and baking processes to ensure consistent product qualityOperating ovens and bakery equipment safely and efficientlyFinishing and presenting bakery products to required standardsMaintaining food safety,
