Our service is known for its strong community connections, meaningful relationships with children and families, and a long-standing team of dedicated educators.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and inspirational leader who is ready to make a positive impact on the lives of children, families and educators.About the RoleAs the Service Manager and Nominated Supervisor, you will provide solid leadership and operational oversight across the service while continuing to strengthen our positive culture and community reputation.You will be responsible for:Leading, supporting and inspiring a wonderful team of educatorsBuilding strong and respectful relationships with children, families and the local communityMaintaining high standards of education, care, compliance and child safetySupporting educators to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiencesDriving service occupancy, family engagement and community partnershipsSupporting the service's Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement journeyEnsuring the service operates in accordance with the National Quality Framework, relevant legislation and organisational policiesCreating a positive workplace where educators feel valued,

We value local partnerships and provide children with opportunities to participate in experiences that strengthen their understanding of the people, places and community around them.About YouWe are looking for an experienced early childhood leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children, families and educators.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Service Manager,
