A day in the life:Working across digital strategy, execution and performance of all digitalchannels for Ignite Travels suite of brands, with a key focus on achievingenquiry targets and optimising digital ROIReporting into the Digital Performance Manager and working with a team ofdigital co-ordinators and assistants to deliver marketing activity across oursuite of brandsCampaignsEnd-to-end ownership of campaign planning & execution, and reporting,ensuring all items are live and in a timely and efficient mannerContinuous optimisation of campaign activity and spend to ensure the bestresult possible for our partnersReporting & OptimisationUse of GA4/Google trends etc to provide insight into daily and weekly digitalperformanceLeverage insights, past performance to suggest recent ideas and strategies todrive more enquiry – ownership of these items from end to endBudget Management/OptimisationMaintain and monitor pacing documents in collaboration with business analystto ensure we are tracking and monitoring spend efficientlyActive optimisation of budget across campaigns/channels to drive better ROIfor the businessTest & LearnPlanning end execution of quarterly test and learn plan to strive forcontinuous improvement across digital channelsCollaboration, and development of digital marketing coordinators to run testand foster a test and learn mindsetAI & AutomationEmbed AI tools and automation into day-to-day workflows to work moreefficiently, scale campaign management, and surface insights faster for ourpartnersLeverage platform AI features and automated bidding to continuously optimiseperformance, freeing up time to focus on higher-value strategy and analysisBuild and maintain automation to reduce manual, repetitive work such asreporting and data consolidation, ensuring accuracy and consistencyApply generative AI responsibly across ideation, copy, and testing,maintaining human oversight and brand safety at all timesWho you are:Must have a proven track record in managing performance channelsComfortable with reading and reporting on large volumes of dataConfident in Google Ads, Meta Ads, EDMs and GA4Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications will be highlyregardedMinimum 5 years managing both Facebook and Google campaignsHands-on experience with analytics and optimisation, strong commercialacumen, strategic thinking with high level written and verbal communicationWhat you'll enjoy:Ongoing brain power-ups and skill sharpening, plus occasional escapes tobucket list destinationsCatapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolvingindustry Say no to full price!
