payroll and day-to-day store operationsDelivering a premium customer experienceSupporting inventory control and minimising stock lossCreating a fast-paced, productive and positive store environmentAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced Store Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and understands how to balance strong customer service with commercial results.You will ideally have:Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or premium retailExperience in an outlet or high stock-turnover environmentStrong commercial and KPI management skillsExperience leading and developing a retail teamExcellent stock management and organisational skillsA polished and customer-focused approachStrong communication and leadership capabilitiesThe ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
