About the RoleWe're seeking a motivated and organised Team Leader, Support Services to join our team in a rehabilitation care environment located at the REPAT.
In this key leadership role, you'll guide a team of support services officers, ensuring high-quality, responsive services are delivered to both patients and clinical staff.
Your day-to-day will involve coordinating and scheduling team activities, helping to create a seamless support experience that enhances patient care.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and takes pride in leading by example.

You bring a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate teams in a busy healthcare setting.
