Safety & Quality Systems Support OfficerLocation: Port Kembla, NSWWork Type: Permanent Full-Time OnsiteAn established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Safety & Quality Systems Support Officer to join its HSEQ/Technical team in Port Kembla.This role has evolved to place a strong focus on document control, procedure development, process documentation, and quality systems support.
We are seeking a highly organised professional who can analyse existing operational processes, document workflows, maintain controlled documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations.You will work closely with operational teams to understand how functions interact, document current processes, maintain quality and safety systems, and provide support across technical and laboratory activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review and maintain operational procedures and work instructionsManage document control processes and document updatesMap and document business and operational processesSupport Quality Management System administrationAssist with internal audits,
