With a strong focus on safety, quality and workforce development, we continue to expand our industrial operations and are seeking experienced scaffolders to join our growing team.ABOUT THE JOB OPPORTUNITYWe are currently seeking Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to join our industrial workforce for September/October start.We are particularly interested in candidates who also hold Dogging (DG) or Basic Rigging (RB) High Risk Work Licences.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSafely erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding in accordance with engineered plans and site requirements.Identify hazards, defects, and non-conformances.Participate in pre-starts,
toolbox talks and safety initiatives.Maintain compliance with site procedures, scaffold standards and company policies.Work effectively within scaffold crews to meet project schedulesMaintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high standardFollow all HSEQ requirements, SWMS and client safety systemsUndertake all duties as directed by 2IC, Leading Hand, Supervisor and ManagerABOUT YOUYou Must Have:Current High Risk Work License (SI or SA)Current Working at Heights (completed within last 2 years)Valid Construction White/Blue CardA strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Ability to pass project-specific medicals and site onboarding requirementsA valuable attitude and a team playerAustralia citizenship or be a visa holderHighly Desirable:Dogging licence (DG)Basic Rigging Licence (RB)Confined Space (SC)Proven Industrial, shutdown or maintenance experienceWHAT'S ON OFFER$*****/hr base rate plus penalties and allowancesOvertime and weekend work availableShutdown and project-based opportunitiesOngoing work available for the right candidatesWell-established and growing industrial businessStrong safety culture and supportive leadership team
