Annual Salary of $88,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation.The ideal candidate will possess the following:Think outside the box personalityA strong work ethicEstablished leadership skillsDemonstrated problem solving skillsHave hold over experienceProficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to hospitality operations - Newbook booking experience a requirement.Good working knowledge of Excel & OfficeThe role will involve:Ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures, industry regulations and health & safety standards.Maintaining a safe & welcoming environment for guests & employeesBuilding positive relationships with the local communityOverseeing Park grounds to a high standard including light maintenance duties when required.Managing our Newbooks reservation systemManaging cleaning, administration and maintenance staffAssist with Park activities during peak periodsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends & public holidays as required 10 day on 4 day off working roster.Onsite accomodation not included with this position
