digital content and social media campaignsIdentify emerging health priorities and develop practical responsesPromote AWAHS programs and services across the regionWork collaboratively with health providers, schools and community partnersEvaluate programs and continually improve community participation and outcomesRepresent AWAHS on regional health, community and NAIDOC committeesFacilitate regular Health Promotion team meetingsThis is an identified Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander position.
