We're looking for a capable and detail‐oriented Supply Planning Data Analyst to join our team and help drive inventory availability, optimise spend, and support business growth.
We're open to recent graduates, especially those with retail experience, who bring a practical, hands‐on approach, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to work through ambiguity in a fast‐paced business.
About the Role
As Supply Planning Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing future order requirements, optimising the recommended weekly purchasing spend, and ensuring Supply Planning system data quality meets KPIs to enable purchase plans aligned to our inventory and sales objectives.
This role is highly collaborative, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Suppliers, Sales, Retail Planning, Sourcing, and Demand Planning to deliver on inventory targets and support future business needs.
Key Responsibilities




Analyse demand and supply requirements to determine ordering needsUtilise Supply Planning systems to optimise inventory levels and performanceCollaborate with cross‐functional stakeholders to meet sales and inventory targetsContribute to forward planning and supplier inventory strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders, including IT, on system data and reporting to enable nuanced decision‐makingWork with the Sourcing team to problem‐solve order placement issues
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Management, or a related fieldIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (highly regarded)Excellent analytical and problem‐solving capabilityStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
