In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll, and various related services, to our employees across Australia and Current Zealand.
With your payroll expertise, you will provide accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
You will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve employee queries and establish working relationships with key People & Culture stakeholders.What you offerDemonstrable in-house payroll expertise (1 - 5 years' experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high performance environmentThe ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlinesExperience with HR, SAP and/or PeopleSoft preferredStrong communication, analytical and organisational skillsA focus on continuous process improvement.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team across multiple locationsWhat we offerAt Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that's rewarding in all the ways that matter most to you.
