This modern home has been designed to support exceptional care, comfort and community connection.We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support the establishment of our new South Bunbury residence and ensure a high‐quality, customer‐focused admissions experience.
This is a Full Time position (Monday–Friday).
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, ensuring a warm, informed and compassionate introduction to residential aged care.
You will also work closely with our Client Services and Commissioning teams to implement consistent processes, support a smooth opening and ensure a high‐quality customer experience from the outset.As we prepare for this exciting growth, we are seeking people who share our commitment to exceptional CARE and who live our values:CollaborationAccountabilityRespectEmpathyKey ResponsibilitiesManage admissions and waitlists for the residence.Coordinate and deliver tours for prospective families.Support residents and representatives throughout the admission journey.Visit potential residents at home or in hospital to assess suitability.Build relationships with key referral partners including hospitals, ACAP,



social workers, medical practices and placement agencies.Maintain optimal occupancy across the residence.Ensure all admission documentation and assessments are accurate and up‐to‐date.Support a smooth, positive transition for new residents.About YouStrong customer service and communication skills.Understanding of aged care admission requirements, including financial components.Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.Experience in health, community or aged care administration.High attention to detail.Current driver's licenceCurrent Police Check (within 12 month)BenefitsTake home more: Package $18,550 tax-free for living expenses, dining & parking!
