Hybrid working arrangements (i.e. a combination of onsite attendance at one of the client offices and remote working) may be considered at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.Must hold BaselineJob DescriptionThe Systems Trainer will report to the Training Manager within the Indigo Change ManagementTeam and play a key role in delivering training outcomes for the Indigo Program.
Workingclosely with the broader Change Management Section and Agency Training teams, the role willsupport the development and delivery of targeted learning solutions that enable successfuladoption of current systems and ways of working.The Indigo Change Management Team provides change, communications, training, andtransition support to the Indigo Program through the embedded Indigo Change ManagementTeam.
The training capability within the Indigo Change Management Team consists of aTraining Manager and supporting Systems Trainers, who will collectively shape the direction oftraining and capability uplift for a strategically significant transformation program.As a Systems Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Training Manager byplanning and executing the training strategy for the Program.
You'll act as the vital link betweenthe program and business, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure fit forpurpose materials are developed to support adoption.
Your focus will be to create and supportthe delivery of tailored training materials and strategies that enhance people's capabilities anddrive adoption.The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.RequirementsThe role will be responsible for, but not limited to:• Innovate and lead creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager tosupport digital transformation in a complex program environment, ensuring readiness for thenew system.
