Working alongside the project team and directly with end users, you'll focus on change impact assessment, training program development and the communications that bring people along on the journey.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career change professional to build deep experience on a major, region-wide transformation.You will be responsible forSupporting the design and delivery of change, communications and training initiatives across the EARTH ProgramAnalysing stakeholder impacts, readiness and adoption risksBuilding clear, high-quality deliverables to support change management activities, particularly training and communication materialsManaging the EARTH Training Program, including training needs analysis, re-purposing and improvement of training materials, and rollout of the programManaging the EARTH Communications & Engagement Program, including the planning,



development and execution of communication and engagement activitiesContributing to the evaluation of change management requirements and the ongoing development of change management plansProviding progress updates and change management reporting to track progress and assess user readinessDeveloping and maintaining the EARTH Portal, knowledge base and other knowledge management platforms to serve EARTH usersSupporting the key user community throughout the programWhat do we need from youIdeally, you will have 1–3 years' experience in project and/or transformation environments, with a genuine interest in helping people adopt new ways of working.
In addition, you will also have:Proficiency in the development and rollout of communication and engagement initiativesProficiency in training needs analysis, the development of training materials and the administration of training programsPROSCI or other change-related certification; Oracle, other ERP or project management qualifications would be highly desirableStrong skills in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of AI applications in change management would be a plusStrong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAn organised and detail-oriented approach with strong coordination capabilitiesA collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across functions and culturesThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, with a proactive and adaptable mindsetStrong written communication and presentation skillsA willingness to work across time zonesWhat's in it for you?
