You'll regularly be working inside customers' homes, explaining the work being carried out and helping ensure they have a positive experience.What we're looking forTo be considered for this role,



you must have:A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in floor and wall tiling and waterproofing.Experience removing and reinstalling shower screens.Experience with epoxy grouting.Basic carpentry and substrate repair skills.Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.Good communication and customer service skills.A professional, friendly and respectful manner when working in customers' homes.A current Australian driver's licence.Full Australian working rights, or be currently based in Australia and eligible for employer sponsorship.Experience in bathroom repairs, leak repairs or remedial building work will be highly regarded but is not essential.What we offer$80,000 salary plus superannuationFully maintained company vehicleFuel cardUniformsOngoing training and supportSecure, full-time employmentConsistent work all year roundFriendly and supportive teamOpportunity to grow with a well-established businessWe're looking for someone who is reliable, experienced and comfortable dealing directly with customers.You'll need to be able to carry out quality work, communicate clearly and represent the business professionally while working in customers' homes.
