We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, reliable, and able to create a positive experience for both customers and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the cafeLead, train, support and motivate cafe staffPrepare staff rosters and manage daily staffing requirementsEnsure high standards of customer service are consistently deliveredMonitor stock levels, place orders and manage supplier relationshipsOversee food safety, cleanliness,
