An chance to join a well-established mining operation, this role will support a busy Accounts Payable function during a period of planned leave cover and increased workload.
Working within a collaborative finance team, you will process high volumes of supplier invoices, resolve supplier queries and ensure accounts payable activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Core functions of the role include:
End-to-end accounts payable processing High-volume supplier invoice processing Supplier statement reconciliations Resolving supplier and internal stakeholder queries Processing payment runs Maintaining accurate supplier records and accounts Assisting with month-end accounts payable activities Pronto ERP must Supporting the wider finance team as required About you You are an experienced Accounts Payable Officer who is comfortable working within a fast-paced operational environment and managing high transaction volumes.
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable Experience processing high volumes of supplier invoices Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and organisational skills Full Australian working rights Current or recent Pronto experience Mining industry experience Particulars ASAP start 3-4 month initial casual contract contract, with potential for extension Circa $******* per hour + superannuation, commensurate with experience Full-time hours (7.6-hour day) Flexible start and finish times (typically between 7:30am-8:30am starts) West Perth office-based role, no parking provided Interested?
