Delivering person-centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomesBuilding practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networksWorking across community, home, school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live,
learn and playDeveloping evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needsCollaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your inputContributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical cultureReceiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxesCelebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges

You'll work with paediatric and adolescent clients across areas including:
Autism
Developmental delay
Intellectual disability
Cerebral palsy and physical disability
Sensory processing and self-regulation
Fine motor, play and daily living skills
