What you'll actually do:
→ Source and screen tradespeople across WA→ Run a live pipeline and database of candidates→ Own compliance - tickets, licences, right to work→ Keep candidates warm,
informed and ready to move→ Work to briefs set by the client and flag opportunities early
You'll crush it if you:
→ Are a natural communicator who follows through→ Takes ownership and accountability→ Hold yourself to a standard before anyone else has to→ Thrive on building relationships and genuine connections
What success looks like in your first 90 days:→ You've made 10 placements→ You have a live talent pool and have built meaningful relationships→ Candidates know your name and refer others to you
