We're looking for a vibrant, personable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist/Admin Co-ordinator who thrives on connecting with people and creating exceptional first impressions.
With outstanding communication skills, a proactive can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding front-of-house service, maintaining smooth communication between customers, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues.
You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally while engaging with customers and colleagues across the business while providing seamless administrative support.FIXED TERM CONTRACTMonday – Friday (full time hours)Availability for a 6 month period – (potential to extend)Based at our Head Office in Belrose on Sydney's Northern BeachesReporting to the Administration ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesBe the friendly, professional first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employeesManage reception, phone calls, enquiries, and visitor sign-insProcess Repair Centre forms and support Contact Centre activitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support across the businessCoordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier servicesMaintain office records, directories, and employee informationAssist with meetings, catering,
and office presentationSupport facilities management and workplace operationsManage uniform orders, purchase orders, and invoice processingUse business systems and ERP platforms accurately and efficientlyBuild positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout YouYou bring a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
