About the Role
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring the protected, efficient and high-quality production of our products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating food manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment
Following safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining compliance with HACCP and GMP standards
Completing quality checks and production records using digital systems
Supporting production line operations across multiple areas
Participating in TPM and operational improvement activities
Working collaboratively within a diverse and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products safely.
You will bring:
Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or food processing environments
A strong commitment to workplace safety
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts
Flexibility to work across various production areas
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good problem-solving and organisational abilities




Experience working with quality and production systems
Previous TPM experience (desirable but not essential)
