Build your career in hospitality management at one of the Sunshine Coast's most vibrant community clubs.Location: Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, QLDJob Type: Full-Time (options available)Key Focus Areas: Club operations, executing functions and eventsLocated in the heart of Mooloolaba, our vibrant community club offers bistro dining, bars, gaming, TAB, Keno, functions and events, live entertainment and lawn bowls.This role is ideal for someone with previous management experience in a similar club, pub, tavern or hospitality venue, who is confident overseeing daily operations across multiple areas of the business.About the roleYou will be responsible for leading venue operations during rostered shifts, supporting staff, maintaining compliance standards and delivering outstanding customer service.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and supervising staffBar and bistro operationsGaming, TAB & KenoFunctions and private eventsLive entertainment and venue activationsDay-to-day venue operations,



including opening and/or closingMaintaining RSA/RSG complianceHandling customer enquiriesSupporting promotions and venue initiativesEvening and weekend work will be part of your roster.About youWe're looking for someone with:Previous Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar hospitality management role.Current RSA, RSG and RMLV AML (or willingness to obtain)Strong leadership and communication skillsConfidence working in a busy pub or club workplace Gaming, TAB, Keno or functions experience (highly regarded)A positive, hands-on attitudeAbility to stay calm, organised and professional during busy shiftsAvailability across days, nights and weekendsA genuine interest in building a long-term career in hospitality managementWhat we offerCompetitive salary or casual rate (negotiable based on experience)Free onsite parkingSupportive management teamOpportunity to be part of a well-established local venue with room to grow.Career development opportunities within Helliwell Hospitality GroupIf you're ready for your next hospitality leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
