About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of our business and often the first point of contact for our customers.
You'll use your product knowledge and sales expertise to help customers find the right solutions while providing an outstanding level of service.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer.
Enjoy building strong, long-term relationships with customers and take pride in providing personalised service.
Be confident in providing product knowledge, advice and sales recommendations to meet customer needs.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Be computer literate, with experience in cash handling and EFTPOS transactions.
Experience with Ironbark software is desirable but not essential.
Be reliable, punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic with pride in your appearance and work standards.
Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Be physically capable of standing for extended periods, climbing ladders and handling stock safely.
Be available to work a rotating roster, including some Saturdays.
Have experience in a retail clothing, workwear, footwear or trade-related retail setting, which would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Have previous experience in customer service, retail sales or a customer-facing role, which would be advantageous but is not essential.
Demonstrate experience in supervising, managing or leading employees within a team environment, including coaching, supporting and motivating team members to achieve positive outcomes, desirable but not essential.
