About the role
Gourmania is seeking experienced and talented individuals to join our expanding and dynamic food manufacturing team in Bayswater, Western Australia.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dish Up / Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and productive kitchen.
You will support our chefs and front-of-house team by assisting with food preparation, plating meals, washing dishes, and ensuring the kitchen meets high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly.
Dish up meals accurately and efficiently during service.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and work areas.
Receive and store deliveries correctly.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist chefs with general kitchen duties as required.




About You

Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
