You'll oversee multiple homes, develop and inspire your teams, build solid stakeholder relationships, and drive service excellence that delivers meaningful outcomes for the people we support.This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, operational management and meaningful social impact in one rewarding role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and support a team of Support WorkersFoster a positive, engaged and high-performing team cultureEnsure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practicePartner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholdersSupport positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practicesOversee workforce planning, rosters and service deliveryManage budgets and financial performanceEnsure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirementsDrive continuous improvement and service excellenceAbout YouYou're an approachable and values-driven leader who knows how to bring out the best in people.
