This position offers a lively work atmosphere perfect for individuals who thrive on interaction, teamwork, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the go-kart track, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all timesGreet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear instructions and safety briefingsManage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently at the reception deskHandle cash transactions accurately for ticket sales, merchandise, or food servicesEnforce safety rules and resolve minor conflicts or disputes with professionalism and tactSales upselling for more sessions purchases and repeat customersAssist with event management during special races or promotional activities to enhance guest engagementMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and track facilitiesProvide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptlySupport food service operations if applicable,
