presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes and standards.Utilise your creative expertise in cookery to produce high quality meals for customers.Monitor food quality and ensure policies and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any deviations to the Sous ChefPromote protected work practices in the kitchenLiaise with Sous Chef, Chef D'Partie, Executive Chef regarding service standardsPreferred skills and experience:Experience in a multi-faceted kitchenExperience in Food Safety ActReliability and availability to work a flexible rosterAbility to work well under pressureIf you meet the above criteria and you're interested in contributing to an organisation that values the highest level of quality in everything it sets out to achieve, we want to hear from you!
