We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative people team, supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR generalist who enjoys building relationships, providing practical advice, and driving positive people outcomes.The RoleReporting into the senior HR team, you'll provide expert advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, including:Employee relations case management including absence, disciplinary, grievance and redundancy mattersRecruitment and selection supportPerformance management guidance and coachingEmployee wellbeing initiativesOrganisational change and service redesign projectsHR policy development and reviewDelivery of HR training and manager briefingsProducing and analysing HR data and management informationSupporting payroll processes and wider people projectsYou'll work closely with managers across the organisation,



acting as a trusted advisor and helping to ensure employment legislation, policies and best practice are applied consistently.About YouTo be successful, you'll have:CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relationsExperience coaching and influencing managersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approachExperience reviewing and developing HR policies and proceduresDesirable: Exposure to working in a public sector and/or unionised environment.What's on Offer?
