We are part of EVT Connect Hospitality, offering strong career pathways within a growing hospitality group.We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to support overnight hotel operations.
This role is responsible for accurately completing the nightly audit process, preparing daily revenue reports, and delivering a consistent and high-quality guest experience in line with IHG brand standards and regulatory requirements.This position predominantly covers overnight shifts, including weekends, with flexibility to support day shifts if required.Financial ReturnsConduct the Night Audit process in line with the Night Auditor checklistAccurately post daily hotel revenue and identify discrepanciesProduce complete and accurate night audit and revenue reportsBalance guest accounts, cashier accounts,



and outstanding chargesEnsure cash handling and security procedures are followedSupport internal control measures to prevent theft or fraudMaintain security of hotel floats and keysMonitor and control stockSupport achievement of IHG Rewards Club enrolment targetsPeople & TeamworkPromote teamwork and effective communication across departmentsComplete detailed handovers between shiftsParticipate in required training and development activitiesMaintain professional presentation, grooming, and punctuality standardsBuild positive working relationships within the hotel teamCommunicate guest feedback, issues, and service challenges to supervisorsGuest ExperienceDeliver front office services in line with IHG Brand StandardsProvide warm, professional, and personalised guest service overnightRecognise IHG Rewards members and VIP guestsRespond promptly to guest enquiries, issues, and incidentsRecord and follow up on guest concerns in the hotel logAssist with reservations and food & beverage service in the Great RoomMaintain cleanliness checks of front and back of house areasEnsure guest safety and security throughout the hotelResponsible BusinessComply with EVT Connect Hospitality and IHG policies and proceduresFollow WH&S;, RSA, HACCP, and Food Safety requirementsAssist with emergency response procedures including fire, power outage, and other incidentsIdentify and report hazards, risks,
