You'll be part of a agile team dedicated to creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all our patrons.What you'll be doingPreparing and serving beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with accuracy and flairProviding friendly, efficient and attentive service to customers at the bar and throughout the venueMaintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organizationStocking and rotating beverages,



glassware and bar supplies throughout serviceFollowing responsible service of alcohol practices and adhering to all liquor licensing lawsSuggesting beverages and menu items to enhance customer experienceContributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues during busy periodsSetting up and breaking down the bar area before and after serviceWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working in a bar, pub or hospitality environment is highly desirable but not essentialStrong customer service skills with the ability to engage professionally with diverse guestsPhysical fitness and stamina to work standing for extended periods in a busy environmentExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesReliable, punctual and flexible approach to casual work commitmentsAbility to work efficiently under pressure during peak service timesA current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain oneAttention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanlinessWhat we offerAt Terrara House, we value our team members and offer a supportive working environment where you can develop your hospitality skills.
