This is a full-time opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering strong earning potential and long-term career development.Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment and ensuring consistent, high-quality production output.Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts.
The shifts rotate between day (06:*****:00) and night (18:*****:00).
What You'll Be DoingOperating fixed and mobile plant equipmentProducing materials to required quality standardsPerforming routine quality checks and inspectionsIdentifying, troubleshooting, and reporting faultsForklift operation including loading/unloading and staging materialsCompleting pre-start safety checksMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentContributing to continuous improvement and safety initiativesWhat You Bring To The RoleCurrent Forklift Licence (essential)Experience in manufacturing / production environment (preferred)Strong commitment to health & safetyMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced,
