Seed Disability Services is looking for a caring, reliable and energetic female Support Worker to join our team and provide one‐on‐one support to a wonderful 10‐year‐old girl in St Clair.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll spend your time helping a young participant build confidence, develop life skills and enjoy fun activities in the community.Please note: At the participant's request, we are seeking Australian female applicants aged ***** years.What You'll Be DoingYou'll be supporting the participant both at home and out in the community, helping her enjoy everyday life while encouraging independence.Getting out into the community for fun activitiesSwimming, gymnastics or horse ridingArts and crafts or sensory playVisiting parks and local attractionsSupporting emotional regulation with a calm and positive approachEncouraging independence and confidenceTransporting the participant safely to activitiesCompleting simple shift notes after each shiftAbout the ParticipantYou'll be supporting a fun, active and creative 10-year-old girl who loves being out and about.
