You'll play a key role in preparing raw materials for daily salad production, ensuring quality and consistency across batches.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh and measure ingredients according to batch recipesPrepare and stage raw materials for the production lineEnsure traceability and labelling of all ingredientsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene in the batching areaFollow food safety, quality, and OHS proceduresWork efficiently in a quick-paced, cold-room environmentRequirementsPrevious food processing or batching experience is an advantageAbility to follow instructions and work to a schedulePhysically fit – able to lift up to *****kgPunctual, reliable, and a team playerMust have valid work rights in Australia
