We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Catering Manager to lead our corporate catering operations.
This exciting opportunity offers a predominantly Monday to Friday schedule, working closely with stakeholders whilst overseeing both kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service and high-quality product.Applicants are required to progress through a rigorous recruitment process, including interview and psychometric testing.Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, dining and event venues, ensuring high standards of presentation, food quality, service delivery and complianceProvide hands-on leadership, coaching and supervision to catering teams, including performance management and staff developmentFoster a positive, high-performing team culture, focused on service excellenceOversee procurement,



inventory control and resource management to support effective budget performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to encourage innovation and continuous improvementUtilise POS and relevant catering software to support operational efficiency and reportingEducation, Qualification and Experience Requirements:Valid RSA certificateFood Safety Supervisor CertificateExperience using industry relevant POS, Stock management and Event Management softwareStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated experience in a similar catering or hospitality management positionFormal qualifications in Hospitality or Business Management highly regardedExperience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, Venue Manager, Hotel Operations Manager or hospitality business owner will be highly regarded.Candidate would be expected to work independently under limited guidance and exercise sound professional judgement to make decisions that impact the work area.
